Shamus is responsible for Deep Pool’s Financial Solution’s overall strategy and operation.
Shamus has 30 years’ experience in the funds administration industry. Before co-founding Deep Pool/HWM Group in 2006, Shamus was European Head of leading fund administration software provider KOGER. Prior to KOGER, he helped establish UBS’ fund administration business in Grand Cayman and worked at Coopers & Lybrand.
David is responsible for Deep Pool’s product development.
David co-founded Deep Pool/HWM Group in 2006. He has 30 years’ experience in fund administration, including senior roles at Dublin-based funds consultancy Carne and global fund administration software provider KOGER. David was previously Financial Controller for Deutsche Bank in Grand Cayman and worked at KPMG.
Roger is responsible for all aspects of Deep Pool’s revenue growth.
Roger has over 25 years’ experience as a finance and technology executive. Roger co-founded Deep Pool/HWM Group in 2006 and rejoined in 2021 following his role as Director of Funds & Alternatives at SS&C Advent where he oversaw business development activities for their international fund management business.
Roger has operated as a fintech advisor since 2000 and began his career in the investment management space in the Cayman Islands with UBS and Coopers & Lybrand.
Sarah is responsible for Deep Pool’s strategic financial direction, including driving key financial performance indicators and managing investor relations and compliance.
Most recently Sarah was CFO at Cora Systems. Previous roles include CFO of the OASIS Group, and CFO and Investor Relations Officer with Petroceltic International. Sarah began her career as a chartered accountant with KPMG Ireland.
Brett is responsible for Deep Pool’s general operations, client success and HR/talent.
Brett has 25+ years of global leadership expertise in driving revenue growth, operational excellence, cost savings and transformative process improvements. Brett was previously COO of Safe Banking Systems – since acquired by Accuity/LexisNexis. Prior positions include COO at risk management provider Investor Analytics, Global Head of Collateral and Treasury Operations Change at UBS Investment Bank, and Head of Client Services at RiskSpan. Brett has also provided leadership, networking, product development and business mentoring to FinTech start-ups.
Marian is responsible for Deep Pool’s technology development and implementation.
Marian, an IT specialist with 30 years of software development experience, has served as HWM’s Chief Technology Officer since its founding and played a key role in its product development. Prior to that, Marian was Chief Technology Officer at KOGER.
Pavol is responsible for Deep Pool’s technology development and implementation.
Pavol has more than 30 years’ experience in designing and developing mid-to-large-scale information systems. He was most recently Managing Director of KOGER’s operations in Slovakia. Prior to joining KOGER in 2005, Pavol was a software analyst and developer with Slovak software house APEX, and a software developer with Inorga Prague.
Marius leads Deep Pool’s sales activities.
Marius is a FinTech sales leader with over 15 years’ experience in designing and executing global sales strategies for firms servicing the investment management landscape. Previous roles include senior sales and sales leadership positions within SS&C Advent, Clearwater Analytics, Thomson Reuters and Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS).
Steve joined Lovell Minnick Partners in 2016 and is a Managing Partner. He chairs the firm’s Partner Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee. Steve moved to LMP from UBS, where he served most recently as Head of FIG Investment Banking Americas and Global Head of Financial Technology & Services.
David is an active FinTech advisor and investor with Queue Partners. Prior roles include executive level positions at Bridge Information and Eze Software. David is a board member of OneZero, and previously held board roles at Riley Technologies and CodeRed Software.
Cormac leads a team of consultants with in-depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses, providing value-adding advice, training, support and consultancy to help them achieve maximum benefit from Deep Pool’s applications, and in turn, strengthen their organisational processes and controls.
Cormac has over 15 years of experience in the fund administration industry and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He worked as a Business Analyst at HWM for the past five years. He was previously Head of Investor Services Ireland with Wells Fargo Global Fund Services, a Fund Accounting Manager with Wells Fargo, and Transfer Agency Administrator with both Citco Fund Services and PFPC International.
Cian is responsible for managing strategic relationships with Deep Pool’s clients, to ensure solutions optimally support their current and long-term business goals, both through roadmap planning and acquisition of licenses for supporting products.
Cian served as Managing Director of KOGER Consulting in Dublin for eight years prior to its acquisition by HWM, with a focus on client relationship building, sales, product management and project management. Before KOGER, Cian performed a variety of roles within the transfer agency realm.
Pankeer is responsible for managing Deep Pool’s professional services, including client-specific account management and project implementation, to deliver solutions that enable clients to achieve their strategic goals.
Pankeer’s 15 years of continuous service at KOGER (and then HWM) in a variety of roles, including QA Analyst, Senior Business Analyst and AVP of Business Solutions, have given him comprehensive knowledge of Deep Pool’s products and services from both a technical and business perspective.
Tom is responsible for Deep Pool’s overall product integration strategy.
Tom has 20 years of experience in the fund’s administration industry. Initially a fund accountant at PFPC, Tom migrated to the application management area. He then joined Deutsche Bank, where he ran technology platforms for alternative funds. Prior to joining HWM (now Deep Pool), Tom ran the Analytics Department at Apex Fund Services.
Daniela manages the day-to-day global functions of the Client Support organization, ensuring that all inquiries are handled and communicated in an effective and timely manner.
Daniela has 18 years of experience in the fund administration industry, serving in quality assurance and business analyst roles. For nine years prior to KOGER’s acquisition by HWM, she was VP of Customer Success.
Jianhua is responsible for standardizing company-wide project management processes and leading a team of project managers to provide deliverables in a manner that exceeds client expectations.
For 15 years prior to KOGER’s acquisition by HWM (now Deep Pool), Jianhua served in various product and project management capacities where she oversaw client onboardings, data migrations, product enhancements and release upgrades. Prior to that, she was a software developer/system analyst for a wholesale/retail company.
Richard is responsible for ensuring all client accounts and our solutions are delivered, supported and governed well.
Richard has 14 years of experience in funds administration. Over his five years at KOGER (and then HWM), he served as a Customer Success business analyst and manager in Dublin. Prior to that, he worked as a fund accounting manager at State Street, Dublin.
Vera is responsible for driving Deep Pool’s overall marketing strategy.
Vera is a qualified and proven marketer with 20+ years of experience at companies ranging from tech start-ups to large corporates, where she has led creative teams in developing and managing innovative brands through strategic campaigns to grow market share, sales and achieve targets.
Marc performs a variety of activities directed at expanding Deep Pool’s client base in concert with the sales and marketing teams.
During his 10-year career at KOGER (and then HWM), Marc’s roles included Technical Support Analyst, Lead Technical Writer and Head/VP of Communications, all of which have provided valuable insights into the industry and clients’ needs from multiple perspectives.
